The week is properly underway and the weather is still gloomy in places. Today there are one or two problems on the roads and the DLR.

Here is your morning update for Tuesday April 10.

Travel

On the A27 Westbound to the M25 junction, a lorry has broken down and there are queues onto the main carriageway from the slip road.

Flooding on A40 Western Avenue Westbound in Acton, a large amount of water at turning for B&Q but traffic is still using lane heading to Hanger Lane.

In Ruislip, Victoria Road remains closed both ways by Ruislip Manor tube station because of a burst water main.

A number of cancellations at London City airport.

Tube

There is currently a good service on all London Underground and Overground lines.

However, there is no service on the DLR between Bank/Tower Gateway and Westferry due to a faulty train, with severe delays on all other routes.

Weather

Becoming fairly dry and cloudy throughout the day today with the slight chance of one or two bright spells in the afternoon around 3pm. Highs of around 16C though it will feel cooler. Chance of more light rain throughout the day.

Tomorrow will be colder with a chance of rain on the way to work in the morning, and again on the way home around 6pm so pack your brolly and wear a coat. Temperatures reaching about 12C.
