Harrow Arts Centre is putting on their very first professional pantomime this year, in partnership with Immersion Theatre.

Join Dorothy on her quest to the Emerald City as she and her loyal friends navigate through the magical Land of Oz in search of the mighty and mysterious wizard.

With lashings of audience participation, dazzling costumes and plenty of laughter, this hilarious and faithful re-telling promises to have the audience shouting, clapping and singing along to a host of well-known songs in true panto style!

Immersion Theatre producer James Tobias has loved working with the arts centre previously, he says: “It really is a venue we have come to love over the years we have been visiting. The theatre’s team work so incredibly hard to provide their audiences with first class entertainment”.

Harrow Arts Centre has also announced that students from Harrow based company, Bearfoot School of Performing Arts, will be featuring. All of the students auditioned for the chance to join the professional production and 10 young people were selected to do so. The 10 children aged between nine and 16 will join the ensemble for all 16 performances.

Artistic director Rachel comments: “It is a wonderful opportunity for the students involved to work and perform with a professional company in a venue they know and love.”
