A new 101-room town centre hotel has opened its doors in the run up to Christmas.

London Harrow Travelodge, in Greenhill Way, is one of seven new Travelodge hotels to open across the UK.

The rooms are all fitted with the company’s latest ‘Travelodgical’ room design and features.

As well as providing somewhere for people to stay, it hopes to support the community through the creation of new jobs and external investment.

Travelodge is looking to employ 25 new staff to work at the hotel, while it anticipates that third-party investors will benefit to the tune of £14 million.

Bryn Taylor, Travelodge regional director for the South, said: “There is a continuing need for good quality and great value accommodation in London and Greater London, and we are delighted to be opening our first hotel in London Harrow in time for Christmas.

“Our focus now is to find 25 motivated people to join our existing team and be a key part of our 10,000 nationwide Travelodge team.

“If you have passion, determination and a real desire to look after people then we will help you learn the rest.”
