A TWELTH arrest has been made in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old.

Detectives investigating the murder of Che Labastide-Wellington in Kenton made an eleventh arrest on Tuesday, November 17.

The 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and was taken to an east London police station.

A 12th arrest was made on November 19, when police arrested a 15-year-old on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and released on bail to return on a date in mid-January.

Calvin Tudor, 21, of Kelly Close, was charged with murder on Thursday, November 12 and remanded in custody.

He appeared before Barkingside Magistrates' Court on Friday, November 13 where he was further remanded to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, November 17.

To date police have also arrested six males aged 15, 16, 18, 22, 28, and two aged 21 and two 19-year-olds on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

A 14-year-old boy has also been held on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
