PROSPECTIVE parents can take a survey to help shape the future of a new bilingual school.

St Jérôme Church of England Bilingual School will open in central Harrow in September 2016 as the first state-funded French-English bilingual school in the area.

With less than a year to go, the school has now announced it has secured a long-term research partnership with the Cambridge University Bilingual Network, to develop research into bilingual education and to make sure that the school offers the best for its pupils.

The first piece of research has now been launched and a survey is open to anyone with a pre-school child who is interested in the bilingual approach to education.

By completing the 15-minute survey parents will be contributing to ongoing research into bilingual education.

All data will be analysed by researchers at Cambridge University and all individual survey responses will remain confidential.

You can find the survey and more information about the partnership at St. Jérôme Church of England Bilingual School www.stjeromebilingual.org
