FUNERAL arrangements have been made for a teenager who inspired a community.
Daughter to Rosie and Trefor, brave teenager Helena Bark died peacefully in her sleep in the early hours of Sunday, October 4 following a two-year battle with cancer.
Following a private, family only burial, a public service will be held to celebrate the 16-year-old’s life at Elmfield Church in North Harrow at 3.30pm on Friday, October 23.
Helena requested that there only be family flowers and that donations in her memory to go to Teens Unite and Rays of Sunshine.
Her friend Zoe Neale will be collecting money this weekend, at Tesco in Pinner Green from 10.30am on Saturday, to raise money for the two charities.
