ART lovers have until this weekend to view an exhibition of work from nurses, carers and celebrities.

More than 200 canvasses have been donated to a charity exhibition, including some artworks by well-known personalities such as artist Christiane Kubrick and actors Anthony and Emily Head and Tamsin Greig.

The difference with this exhibition is that each canvas – whether painted by a nurse or celebrity - is sold at the same price, £35 for the small ones and £70 for the larger ones, and all will be displayed anonymously.

The event, organised by Mount Vernon Cancer Centre Charitable Fund, will raise money for their Here if You Need Us appeal.

The exhibition was launched on Friday, October 2 and those not sold will continue to be displayed until Sunday, October 11 at Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End.

Art will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
