Council appoints new corporate director
A MAN with 13 years of experience will take charge of street cleaning and recycling.
Harrow Council has appointed Tom McCourt, who was with the London Borough of Hackney for 13 years, as the new corporate director for community.
The main focus of the role will be to drive forward Harrow Councils’ agenda to make the borough become the best in London for recycling by 2017, keeping the streets and parks clean and working to address the housing shortage.
