Negotiations over future matches at The Hive will now get underway after Barnet FC clinched the conference title this evening.
Playing Gateshead at their home stadium, in Camrose Avenue, Edgware, the Bees knew victory would secure the title and entry into League Two next season.
Despite title challengers' Bristol Rovers' emphatic 7-0 win over Alfreton Town, two goals from Mauro Vilhete gave Barnet a 2-0 victory and helped to secure a promotion party at The Hive.
Barnet FC will now have to start negotiations with Harrow Council, as the current licence at The Hive does not allow the club to play professional football at the ground.
