Harrow Mayor Cllr Ajay Maru unvelied The Seed by sculptor Andy Hazell
A bold new sculpture has been unveiled in front of new homes in Harrow.
Perched in front of a lake at new development Stanmore Place and standing at 8m high, contemporary art sculpture The Seed – by artist Andy Hazell - was unveiled by Harrow Mayor Cllr Ajay Maru yesterday.
The ceremony, hosted by developer St Edward, was attended by homeowners, groups and community leaders from across the area, including senior officials from the London Borough of Harrow and the Harrow Heritage Trust.
