Campaigners protested outside a Harrow Council Cabinet meeting last week
Library users concerned about potential closures have until the end of the day to have their say.
Under proposals put forward by the ruling Labour administration in Harrow Council, the Bob Lawrence Library in Edgware, Hatch End Library and Rayners Lane Library could all be shut.
A consultation over the potential closures was launched at the end of last year, but anyone who wants to have their say must complete the survey by the end of the day.
The consultation can be completed online.
