The organisation responsible for the commissioning of public health services for the borough will be holding its annual meeting next week.

Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will be holding its general meeting on Wednesday October 15, from 7pm at The Heights, in Lowlands Road, Harrow.

People will be able to find out more about the work of the organisation during 2014 and its plans for the coming year.

The CCG, run by a team of GPs, is responsible for the planning and running of many health services across the borough such as emergency care, mental health services and community care.

There will also be a chance for people to ask doctors about public health in the borough.

Those wanting to attend the meeting must confirm their attendance by emailing nomaan.omar@nhs.net or calling 020 8996 1074.

People wanting to ask questions at the meeting must submit them by Monday October 13.
