Charity coffee mornings announced
People are being invited to a series of coffee mornings being held across the borough to raise money for a cancer charity.
Over the coming week events will be taking palce across Harrow offering tea and coffee in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care.
On Friday, September 26, Sainsbury’s supermarket in Stanmore, will be hosting its coffee morning from 10am to 2pm.
On, Saturday September 27, the Harrow Women’s Network will be holding a similar event with tea, coffee and cake available at 132 Blenheim Road, Harrow, from 11.15am to 12.15pm.
Finally on Monday September 29, staff at Harrow Leisure Centre, in Christchurch Avenue will also be putting on the kettle to raise money for Macmillan from 10am.
