Commuters face delays this afternoon as two underground lines are suspended due to a signal failure.

Service has been suspended between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines due to the engineering fault in the Ickenham area.

There are also minor delays on the Metropolitan line between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Rayners while Transport for London fixes the issue.

TfL says tickets are being accepted on local busses.
