A sandwich shop has been closed after a fire damaged a storage room in the early hours of the morning.
Firefighters were called to the Station Road branch of Subway, in Harrow town centre, at 2.50am this morning to reports of a blaze.
The fire was in a storage room of the shop which was severely damaged as a result of the smoke.
Crews from two engines fought the flames and the fire was under control by 4.15am. The London Fire Brigade says the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
