Charity workers took the plunge when they jumped off a giant crane to raise money for a Jewish charity.
Volunteers at Norwood, which has centres in Hendon and Stanmore, jumped off the crane tied to bungee ropes at the 02 arena in east London.
The group made the leap after a nerve-wracking 160 feet ascent to the platform.
Jennie Dallal, from Colindale, overcame her fear of heights and raised more than £1,000 for the charity with her jump.
She said: “I was nervous to begin with but now I’m really glad that I’ve done it and it was for such an amazing cause. It was wonderful to see all of London and I raised more than I ever thought I would."
