Pop stars Professor Green and Conor Maynard had schoolchildren jumping out of their seats and rocking out at an end of term gig today.

Ten-thousand excited pupils were treated to performances from their favourite acts at this year's Rock Assembly, which was organised by education charity The Transformation Trust.

Rock Assembly host, Radio 1 DJ Nihal, gave a shout out to all the schools which had been invited to rock out at Wembley Arena after signing up to the BT Digital Champions programme.

The programme encourages young people to share their digital skills with family members, friends or elderly members of their community.

Pupils took part in one-on-one sessions teaching the basics including how to switch a computer on, how to connect to the internet, how to find a website and how to send an email.

And as a thank you for all the pupils' massive support, The Transformation Trust put on the Rock Assembly as a special end of term celebration.

Among the crowd was Harrow's Sacred Heart Language College who were getting into the party spirit dancing and singing along to performances from Ella Eyre, Misha B and Kiss FM's Dixon Brothers.
