Plans to build homes and create a new country park on a council-owned farm will be put on display from today.

Harrow Borough Council announced the plans for Pinner Park Farm, just of George V Avenue, earlier this month.

The authority says part of the farm on the 230-acre site has fallen into disrepair and it wants to make better use of the green space and open it up to the public.

A series of exhibitions to showcase the proposals and offer people the chance to have their say about the site will start today at Harrow Arts Centre, Uxbridge Road, from 1pm to 5.30pm.

The other two events will take place at the same location tomorrow June 26, from 1pm to 9pm and June 27, from 1pm to 8pm.
