College students were given the chance to learn how to programme robots as part of their IT course.
The 23 BTEC level 3 IT students from Harrow College took part in the challenge organised by BP International last week.
For the 'Robotics in the Making' activity the students were split into teams to programme already constructed Lego robots to perform basic movements.
Yarl Visuvaratnam, computing and IT lecturer, Harrow College said: “The students have shown good technical abilities and have put their programming skills to good use.
“They have learnt to make the best of their skills and have really enjoyed the activity.”
