More than 200 people learnt about the latest job opportunities available at a council run jobs fair.
Harrow Borough Council hosted its Xcite job fair at the Civic Centre on Monday, offering people free advice about how to secure employment.
There were a number of workshops available on the day including business start up advice, course information, money management and CV clinics.
One jobseeker who attended was Madhu Parmar, from Harrow Weald, who said: "It is easier to find work with the help from and advice given by employers I am looking to get back to work.
"Everyone has been helpful and I will now start filling in application forms and write my CV."
Pooja Chandhok from Harrow Council said the day had been a success and it was fantastic to see that people had benefited from the fair, to get back into work or training.
