A junior wheelchair basketball team were crowned national champions for the second year running after successfully defending their title.
GLL & Aspire London Titans U19 team, who train at the Aspire Centre in Wood Lane, Stanmore, took on the best teams from around the country.
The competition, the Lord’s Taverners Junior League Finals, took place at All Saints Sports Centre in Sheffield last week.
The team took on RGK Tees Valley Titans in the final and won 18-13, taking the title.
Competition chief executive Paul Robin said: “Looking at how the day unfolded suggests it was another great day of wheelchair basketball.
"On behalf of the Taverners I’d like to congratulate champions GLL & Aspire London Titans on their fantastic victory and we look forward to seeing everyone compete for titles again next year.”
