Former pupils of a secondary school are being called come forward to help inspire the pupils of today.

Nower Hill High School, previously known Headstone High School, are looking for former pupils as part of a scheme run by national organisation Future First.

It aims to to set up networks of former students or alumni in every state school and college in the country.

Head of the 6th form at Nower Hill Marianne Jeanes said: Marianne Jeanes: “We are really pleased that we are part of Future First’s scheme.

“A network of past pupils with all their valuable experience will be vital in helping us to educate our current students on all the possible career paths available to them and to inspire them to aim high.”
