Sports sessions, dance demonstration and yoga are just some of the activities available during the Active Harrow weekend.
Today is the start of two days of sports and activities organised by Harrow Borough Council, with events taking place at location all over the borough.
There will more than 20 taster activities including dance sessions at Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End, football at the Hive stadium in Camrose Avenue, and karate lessons.
There will also demonstrations in St Anns Road, in Harrow town centre from 11am to 5pm which will include Irish dancing, yoga, modern dance display by Harrow’s Kidology Dance Company and a martial arts demonstration.
On Sunday hundreds of people are due to take part in Sports Relief events at the Bannister Sports Centre and Harrow Leisure Centre throughout the day.
