Plans for a new supermarket and more than a 100 homes on the site of a former daycare centre have been submitted.
The proposals for Anmer Lodge, in Stanmore, were submitted by housing association Notting Hill Housing to Harrow Borough Council earlier this week.
The plans include than 100 homes, a new Marks & Spencer supermarket and a multi-storey car park.
The development of the site in Coverdale Close was announced earlier this year following a deal between Harrow Council, Notting Hill Housing and Marks & Spencer.
During the past few months there have been a number of consultation events with people in the area. Last week developers gave a pre-application presentation of the plans so far.
Developers say they have made a comprehensive traffic assessment in order to reduce the impact of the development in Stanmore.
