Harrow's Thunderbirds-themed entry in the capital's New Year’s Day parade came in third place in the event's float collection.
Thousands braved the wind and the rain to enjoy London’s New Year’s Day Parade with the theme of the ‘Bringing Back the Swinging Sixties’.
Harrow’s entry to the event, which is in its 28th year, was called ‘Harrow is Go’ and was a take on the 1960s children’s TV show.
The borough’s float came in third, winning the Mayor of Harrow’s charity £5,000, behind Westminster in first and Hillingdon in second.
More than 8,500 performers from boroughs across London and counties around the world took part in the event, including marching bands from Panama and California.
