Plans to build more than 180 new homes on the site of a former football ground are set to be discussed by councillors.

The proposals for the Edgware Town Football Club site, just off Burnt Oak Broadway, will be heard by Harrow Borough Council’s planning committee next week.

The application sets out the details of the external appearance of new buildings on the site and the landscaping of green areas.

Two years ago the council gave permission for the development on the site of 189 new homes which will include six blocks of flats ranging in size from three-storeys to six-storeys and 11 houses.

The plans will be heard by the committee on Wednesday January 8 from 6.30pm at the Civic Centre in Station Road, Harrow.
