A historic pub has been earmarked for demolition to make way for new homes.
The owners of the Letchford Arms in Hatch End have submitted plans to redevelop the site which include the demolition of the pub.
Plans for the Letchford Terrace site, off Headstone Lane, include the construction of six three-storey houses with parking.
This is not the first time the pub has been in the headlines after it was shut down in February 2012.
Police got a court order for the closure of the pub following a spate of incidents including reports of violence and drug use.
