A college welcomed a party of students from Kazakhstan visiting to learn about the education in the United Kingdom.
The 23 students from years 10 and 12, visited Stanmore College, in Elm Park, Stanmore, last week as part of a ten day visit to the country.
The visitors were given a talk from teachers about life at college in the UK and got to the chance to meet and speak with Stanmore students who found out about life in Kazakhstan.
During the rest of their educational visit the group also visited the Royal Institution’s Museum and Science Centre in London.
