St Luke’s Hospice charity cricket match announced
A former England cricketer and other professional players will be taking part in a charity match this month.
St Luke’s Hospice is putting on its annual charity game, which will feature ex-England player, Angus Fraser, later this month to raise money for its charity.
The 30 over match will take place on Sunday September 22 and will also include activities for all the family including a bouncy castle, barbeque and face painting.
There will also be a youth competition in the morning with the main match, featuring players from Middlesex County Cricket Club, at 12.30pm at Stanmore Cricket Club.
Cricket4Care tickets cost £5 for adults, £2 for children and a family ticket is £10 and people also have the chance to put bat to ball with the professionals for £30.
All money raised from the event will go to St Luke’s Hospice to help to keep it running and providing services to the people of Harrow and Brent.
