May Day holiday celebrations at Headstone Manor announced
Families are being invited to celebrate the May Day bank holiday at one of the borough's oldest historical landmarks.
On bank holiday Monday on May 6, people are being invited to Headstone Manor & Harrow Museum, in Pinner View for a Green Man & May Queen themed fun day.
At the event, hosted by Harrow Borough Council, there will be a vintage car show, falconry displays, medieval combat and traditional morris and maypole dancing.
People will also be able to discover the history of the 14th century manor house with guided tours from museum staff.
There will also be food and drink on offer as well as market stalls selling arts and crafts.
The day’s festivities will be begin 12pm and end at 5pm, with tickets for adults costing £3.50, children under 12 £1.50 and free entry for children under four.
