Jinesh Adatia runs London Marathon for Parkinson's UK
A runner has raised more than £1,000 for an incurable brain disease by completing the London Marathon.
Jinesh Adatia, 24, of Streatfield Road will donate the money to Parkinson’s UK, which supports those suffering with the disease and their families.
Mr Adatia completed the 26.2 mile challenge in 4 hours and 25 minutes on Sunday April 21 – the last day of Parkinson’s Awareness Week.
He was one of 195 people running for the charity including comedian Rob Deering.
The charity hopes to raise more than £310,000 to continue to pay for research to find a cure, and improving the lives of the 127,000 people in the UK living with the disease.
