A cocaine dealer caught trying to dispose of his drugs as officers raided his flat has been sentenced to four years in prison.

Wayne White, 28, of Kenton Road was convicted of possession with intent to supply at Harrow Crown Court last week.

He was arrested in August of last year when officers searched a flat in Milman Close, Pinner, to look for a man who was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.

During the search Mr White had crack cocaine and cannabis on him, which he tried to dispose of when officers entered the flat.

A large bag of cannabis had been thrown out of the window and a large rock of crack cocaine was found under his bed.

The 28-year-old denied the drugs belonged to him but was found guilty by a jury after a week-long trail.
