Divisional planning director Stephen Kelly to speak at annual general meeting of Pinner Association

The residents of Pinner will be quizzing Harrow Borough Council’s divisional director of planning on new extensions which jeopardise neighbours’ privacy.

The senior council officer, Stephen Kelly, will be the guest speaker at the Pinner Association’s annual general meeting.

He will be discussing issues such as large extensions which invade privacy and do not require planning permission, gardens lost of new developments and how the council police planning decisions.

Mr Kelly will also address issues raised at the meeting taking place in Pinner Village Hall, in Chapel Lane, at 8pm on Wednesday April 17.

Anyone who lives or works in Pinner is welcome to attend and no tickets are required.
