A charity shop will turn its warehouse into a comfortable living room for a day to support local people.
Found, in Shaftesbury Avenue in South Harrow, is inviting shoppers to browse, read and buy books in their collection, and providing free refreshements, with all profits going towards their charitable causes.
The shop opened last May and is the trading arm of Christ Church Roxeth, a registered charity.
Its aims are to provide poverty relief and education and encourage people to take time to explore their lives.
Rachel Matthews, founder and community development manager, hopes the shop will raise several hundred pounds for the cause.
She said: “It’s quite a nice way for local people to help local people.
“We are grateful to the public for the many donations they have made and any money we raise will go back into the community.
“There are books of all sorts and for all interests and room to sit and relax.”
The event will take place between 10am and 4pm on Saturday March 23.
