Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital voted seventh best out of 146 Trusts in independent report

A Stanmore hospital has been rated as one of the top ten NHS hospitals for quality in an independent report.

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital was voted seventh best out of 146 trusts assessed in the Quality Index report published by health policy and communications consultancy MHP Health.

The firm says it is the first report which performs an overall assessment of NHS hospital quality in England based on what its survey said mattered most to people -  patient experience and waiting times.

Wait until they build the new improved RNOH. Cross-infection rates will go through the roof. The existing buildings leak air like a sieve, no bacteria can survive the changes in temperature when moving from one ward to another.

The alternative explanation, which is probably closer to the truth, is the fact that most of the staff actually care about as well as for their patients.
