A cutting edge robot has been enrolled at a school in Kingsbury to help children learn about programming and robotics.
The NAO robot is joining Kingsbury High School thanks to John Pinkney, the head of Warwick ICT Development Service.
The school’s head of technology, Chris Carver, is working in partnership with Mr Pinkney to educate children about new technologies and encourage their interest in robotics.
Students can programme NAO to carry out different tasks such as picking up and dropping objects, say different things and perform a variety of dance moves.
The robot was made by Aldebaran Robotics.
