Hold your head in shame Harrow. You were offered a way to freeze council tax and you declined it. Poor decision by a poor cabinet!

Actually it was a good decision by a Cabinet that saw through the con. It was the equivalent of a payday loan which would have cost Harrow residents more in the long run. Tory run Bromley agrees it is a gimmick by Pickles & co.

Nana get the feeling you don't like my posts. .never mind! Now a reality check for you;
Harrow lose 1.5 per cent this year and yet are telling residents it is 1.8?
Approx 1.5 million was made in investments by Harrow last year.
Millions wasted on Capitas IT system and by other council officers in the last few years.
Lots of councils have frozen or dropped council tax charges and we have the 3rd highest in London!
It is clear to me that too much money is currently wasted by This Labour run council. I thought you were not going to answer my posts in future until I revealed my identity? Anyway in future when responding please ensure the whole picture is given and not one that suits yourself and Harrow Council. Poor decision by a poorly run council
