English National Resistance holds protest outside Abu Qatada's Harrow home

A new “disciplined patriotic organisation” which has links to the English Defence League is to hold a protest outside the house of Abu Qatada tomorrow.

The English National Resistance is organising its first protest which will take place at the preacher's house in the borough of Harrow at 12pm.

The group is calling for all “patriots” to meet outside Canons Park station, where the protest will begin.

The organisation’s website states that it “will build a new disciplined organisation that mobilises patriotic activists against any attack on our culture, rights and heritage”.

“You and me both Jeremy but then this paper is no longer an independent publication, and appears to be bought and paid for by Harrow council, On the nod from Harrow Council, they will remove your comments and deny you the rights to your free speech. Wait and see. They have done it to me twice. In the meantime, let us implore the people of Harrow to galvansie support to get this man out of our Borough. I have already posted my feelings LOUD and CLEAR on the other Abu Qatada stories, GET RID! Michael Lockwood & Co you are in many respects as bad for allowing this to happen! But then we were voted in the top 10 worst places to live in Britain earlier this year, does this now make us a dumping ground for all scumbags! Harrow Times do not treat us as fools, he is DEFINETELY living in Harrow, and I and many others already know where he is residing!

Jackdaw- the police are all ready there wasting 100,000 pounds a week of hard earned tax payer money monitoring this illegal immigrant who is a danger to UK citizens, as well as paying for his legal costs, the home he lives in and all the other costs. We should leave the European Human Rights convention, it was designed to protect slime like Qatada.

The demonstration was cancelled - the High Court (guess who paid for Qatadas legal team?) have granted a blanket injunction preventing both named individuals/organisa
tions including Britain First and English National Resistance, as well as "persons un-named" from protesting within 500 yards of Qatadas home.

The British taxpayer is expected to pay for Qatadas house, yet it's off to jail if any of us dare to stand on the street outside of the property we are paying for in order to protest Qatadas continued presence in our nation and taxpayer subsidised existence.

Right to assembly or protest? His rights trump everyone elses, we just have a right to pay for his comforts and his endless legal bills.

The legal system, and human rights, serve Qatada and his ilk - time after time we see the law abiding, decent people of Britain betrayed.

Something is seriously sick in our nation.

HarrowKing I would be extremely careful about what you post in the future, as your comments could be construed as libellous! My comments were not made because I have a problem with Muslims, nor do I agree with the organisation that nearly demonstrated in Harrow yesterday.I merely do not want anyone accused of terrorism and costing us a lot of money living on my doorstep! I also do not like people who try to lie to you and cover things up! I do believe however we have the right to protest peacefully and the freedom of speech. For you to post my previous comments, and on top of Roadstars, whose opinion I do not share, and out of context is extremely inflammatory! The fact that you have pulled these comments together tells me you might have an axe to grind from previous posts! Your posts before have been described by others as irrelevant, and I would think twice before you post again in the future!

What is actually wrong with this country? We can't do anything without getting a caution a warning of the police! BUT our 'great' government love keeping people that aren't supposed to be here! And we are paying nearly £6 million pounds a year!! England used to be great but now I feel like I live in the Middle East. Did you know schools in harrow was the one of the first schools to bring in only halal meat! I think it's disgusting. WHY are we breaking our backs to accommodate for everyone who isn't English! And leaving us English working for minimum wage struggling to get by, and taking every penny we have. It's absolutely disgusting. BRITAIN SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!

Our activists marched to the furthest point we could and held a rally of defiance, receiving huge support from locals. Speeches from Paul Pitt, Tony Curtis, Paul Golding and Dave Smeetyon. Police very happy with the conduct of our activists. Photos and report up later. UNITY IS THE KEY! ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!"

I do not support the Defence league. I am not against Muslims. I am against terrorism and all that goes with it, and I am most certainly against anyone who puts nothing into our tax system but takes out everything and more. Whether these benefit spongers are Englsih or foreign, I would afford them the same resentment. In Quatad's case, it is all rather different. The man is a terrorist who is wanted for crimes in Jordan. So no one is making this up and villifying him or picking on him because of his religion. He should be extradited to Jordan to face the crimes he has committed. He has never paid tax and as far as I can see, neither have his wife or children. Why he has any human rights at all is beyond my understanding and that of most reasonable people. People choose to live in this country becuase it is a democracy and therefore, we have the right to protest when we feel that we have been treated unjustly. In Quatada's case, the Home office has run rough shod over us, and I suspect so have Harrow Council.have been complicit. If a protest is peaceful, then, I am sorry whatever political party you support, you have the right to have your say. Quatada is a criminal, a terrorist and someone who abhors the western people and our value system. Therefore, why is he allowed to enjoy the benefits of our tolerant society when he and his fellow terrorists have never respected anyone else's human rights.? He should not be in this country, let alone in Harrow. We all know it, we all support it. We may not all be signed up members of the extreme right wing parties but in this quest, I believe we all share the same goal. QUATADA AND HIS FREELOADING FAMILY OUT!!!
