The Hub in Harrow town centre leased to St Patrick's College

A Harrow office block has been let to an independent college.
The Hub in College Road has been let to St Patrick's College, a private business school that specialises in accountancy-based courses.
The 35,000sq ft site will act as a satellite site for St Patrick's, which will be investing £1 million in refurbishing The Hub so that it is suitable for its needs.
Currently it has agreed a 15-year lease with letting agent Chamberlain Commercial.
