An Olympic sprinter will be visiting a Harrow school next week to help raise money for PE lessons.
Laura Turner, who represented Great Britain in the 2008 Olympics, will be visiting Weald Middle School in Robin Hood Drive on January 25.
She will encourage the students to gather sponsorship to take part in a fitness challenge she will run at the school.
The sponsorship money will then be collected in and will be used by the school to fund PE lessons and equipment for students.
The event is being organised by Sports 4 All, an organisation which aims to inspire all children to get involved in sport.
During the last two years it has helped schools raise almost £200,000.
