Action on Hearing Loss looks for Harrow research panellists
5:02pm Tuesday 8th January 2013 in News By Emma Innes
A hearing loss charity is inviting Harrow’s people to help with its research.
Action on Hearing Loss is asking people who have hearing loss or tinnitus to start influencing the charity’s work by joining its panel.
Panellists will have regular opportunities to take part in research projects by completing online surveys, as well as through one to one focus groups.
Evidence gathered through the research will be used to inform the charity’s policy, services and campaigns.
Director of research at Action on Hearing Loss, Roger Wicks, said: “Our research panel is a great opportunity for Harrow residents with hearing loss or tinnitus to help shape our work in the year ahead by highlighting the vital issues that affect their everyday lives.”
People can join the research panel by completing a short questionnaire http://svy.mk/researchpanel or by e-mailing panel@hearingloss.org.uk
