Harrow 21-year-old arrested following collision between car and pedestrian in Edgware

A 21-year-old from Harrow has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
At 12.45pm on Saturday a Volkswagen Jetta hit a pedestrian in Whitchurch Lane, Edgware.
The 21-year-old victim was taken to St Mary’s Hospital in central London with non life threatening head and leg injuries.
The arrested man has been bailed to return in January.
Whitchurch Lane was closed until 4.20pm while police investigated the incident.
