Rightly proud of its success, Gibbs Gillespie is delighted to announce that it has won two awards: Best Estate Agency in Middlesex and Best Estate Agency in Hertfordshire at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2009.

The estate agency has been invited to attend a high profile gala dinner at the Marriott Hotel in London’s Grosvenor Square on Friday, October 16 for the presentation.

The event is part of the International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe.

The fact that Gibbs Gillespie has won two of these coveted awards is sure proof that the company can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive UK property arena. Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, the company will be entitled to display the Daily Mail UK Property Awards’ logo with pride.

This symbol of excellence will be recognised and appreciated by the public who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the agent they choose.

Later this year, top scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.

Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second-to-none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.

This year’s judges included Eric Pickles MP, chairman of the Conservative Party; Ben Wood, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Wilhelm Harnish, Master Builders of Australia (MBA); Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Gillian Farr, head of design of Laura Ashley Home.

Paul Gillespie, founding partner said of the forthcoming awards: “The team at Gibbs Gillespie are delighted to be named a winner in the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2009.

“This annual award is made to the estate agency judged to be number one for the quality and consistency of its company presentation, advertising and marketing.

“While our prime objective is always to deliver the highest standard of service and obtain superior results for our clients, it is gratifying to be recognised in this way.

“From our clients’ perspective it means they not only have the hardest working agents acting on their behalf, but also a group of estate agency professionals with the skill to produce award-winning, effective and innovative marketing.

“To our clients – past and present – whose support has helped us attain this significant achievement we say thank you.”
