MINTOFT, David John Passed away at Watford General Hospital on Saturday 15th January 2011, aged 65 years. Loving husband of Jenny, brother of Patricia, brother-in-law of Gordon, uncle to Richard and Christopher and great-uncle. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd February 2011 at 12 noon. Family flowers only by request.
